EQ Office faced a familiar issue: tenant-facing technology was fragmented across multiple point solutions. Amenity booking lived in one app, work orders in another, building events were managed through email, and visitor access was handled separately.

From curated concert series and professional headshot days to new restaurant launches and wellness programs, the building team was investing heavily in tenant programming. The Solution

EQ Office partnered with Cove to launch the “My Willis Tower” app—a fully branded, all-in-one platform built on Cove’s flexible infrastructure. The goal: simplify the tenant experience, streamline operations, and create one central hub for everything happening in the building.

With Cove, Willis Tower tenants can:

  • Reserve amenities like TONE Fitness classes and conference rooms (via integrated Mindbody booking)

  • RSVP to curated events such as live concert series, professional headshot sessions, and tenant appreciation activities

  • Submit and track work orders with real-time updates and status visibility

  • Manage guest access using mobile credentials for secure, seamless check-ins

  • Stay up to date with building-wide communications, policy changes, and alerts—all from a single source of truth

The app also helped transform building-wide communications. Rather than relying on emails and scattered tools, the “My Willis Tower” app became the digital hub for announcements, event promotions, and feedback loops. The previously one-way email model evolved into an interactive experience, allowing tenants to engage directly with what’s happening in the building.

Meanwhile, the property team gained real-time visibility into tenant engagement, space usage, and support trends—all through a centralized dashboard. For EQ Office, this meant fewer systems to manage and a more responsive, data-informed operations model.

With Cove, EQ now had a platform purpose-built for modern, multi-tenant buildings—scalable across the rest of their portfolio.
