cove Chinatown

601 I St NW, Washington, D.C. 20001

Situated right between the shops and restaurants of Gallery Place and the residential neighborhood of Mount Vernon, this location is the perfect spot to escape your lonely living room. This location has two floors: the first is more social, with a lounge section and group tables, while the second floor is dedicated to heads-down work. If your previous coworking space was too loud but you find the library to be too quiet, you get the best of both worlds here. Bonus: Freshly brewed coffee from our downstairs neighbor, La Colombe. Mmmm.

This cove location is in the heart of DC’s Chinatown neighborhood, close to the Verizon Center and a block away from the awesome restaurants on 7th St. We sit directly above our neighborhood coffee partner, La Colombe, whose drip coffee we serve on location. Look for the blue door on I St!

With cove I know I have a place where I can sit down and focus, or hop into a call box and get on the phone, without having to worry about the distractions of working from home or the uncertainty and chaos of trying to work from a coffee shop. I get some of my best work done at cove.

I started at cove when I got my job at Trello. Before this I worked at a physical office, but to tell you the truth, I am loving remote life, especially now that I have cove as a home base.
